I tend to agree with you as to your tea-wares being Chinese, primarily based on the shape, as I've never seen this particular pattern either. I have other examples (shown below) of "China"-marked and faux Qianlong Jingdezhen porcelains having similar cups with the same Limoges style handles that were made circa the 1920s-early 30s for export. I wonder if those in your pattern might have been produced around the same time to compete with Japanese "luster" ("lustre") wares. However, I can't really say whether I'm seeing that sort of sheen or just a reflection on some of your pieces. The defects you're seeing indicate to me this is transfer-decorated ware of the sort seen from Macao and Liling (in Hunan) since the 1940s and later, as well as several places on the Mainland that have appeared since the 1950s or subsequently.
