The woodblock print is a well known work of the famous Japanese ukiyoe artist Katsushika Hokusai
1760-1849
Inscriptions:
鸒　垂櫻　　Uso (ni) Shidaresakura - Bullfinch (and) Weeping Cherry (Title of print)
鳥ひとつ濡れて　出けり朝さくら　　雪萬
Tori hitotsu nurete dekeri asasakura - Mansetsu
A bird comes out wet - morning cherry blossom
(Haiku poem)
(Mansetsu is the name of the Haiku poet)
前北斎為一筆　Saki no Hokusai Iitsu Hitsu
(Signature used by Hokusai between 1820-1833)
1st seal,
極　Kiwame (Censor`s seal)
2nd seal,
Artist`s seal (Illegible)
