Landscape Chinese Painting 1

Hello,

I recently acquired two Chinese paintings and need a little bit of translation work from the natives here (the second posted in the following post). I bought purely on what I thought were aesthetically pleasing to my eye but I would like to further my understanding of the artist/content if it is described in the calligraphy/seal. Any help would be greatly appreciated as my level of Chinese is still pretty limited! *In order to save space I compiled all the calligraphy on the edge of the scroll into one photo and the black separating lines indicate the break in the calligraphy as it is written vertically down the scroll.
