Chinese painting |

Message This is a Japanese painting (19th century?), the first two characters (and first seal) being the surname Katsudoh, but I don't know the Japanese pronunciation of the following two characters in the inscription (the painter's given name), and the seals are a bit obscured by the silk damage. the last two characters mean "painted from life". Try reposting as a Japanese painting and Guy or one of the other Japan experts may show up to identify the artist. Post a Response |
