Message Is genuine Chinese-made porcelain vase. The hastily stamped seal mark states made in Qianlong reign (1736-1795) of Qing dynasty. This was fairly commonly put on items made from last half 19th century into 2nd quarter 20th century and much more recently. Your vase looks good quality porcelain and pretty good painting quality, could have been made 1st quarter 20th century. But Chinese kilns today make reproductions look plausible (is market in China for items made early 20th century), so certainty about when made not possible from two photographs - someone handle in person can be more confident. Good luck, Cal Post a Response |
