Antique Japanese Scroll |
Posted By: Thomas P. McKenna Posted Date: Aug 14, 2007 (06:42 AM) |
Message I bought a Japanese scroll in an antique shop in Seoul, Korea in 1958. It was old then and that was almost half a century ago. The figure in the painting is a Kabuki actor/dancer. This shows some wear but the bright red on the Kabuki actor/dancer is vivid and unfaded. I tried to attach two photos but even cropping them as much as possible, they are over 850KB and I got a message that they could not be over 100KB if attached to this message. I don't know how to reduce them any more, so no photos. Any idea how much I could sell this for today? Post a Response |
