Message The mark mark of 'Ruo Shen Zhen Cang' (若深珍蔵), 'Precious collection of the seemingly old', appeared first during the Kangxi period on "Official Old Ware" that rivaled imperial porcelains in quality but had no imperial markings. Your bowl doesn't greatly resemble Kangxi wares in its painting style, and as far as I know, the apparent gilt rim is anomalous to blue & White Chinese wares of this type of the Qing era. Therefore, in my opinion, your bowl is probably a contemporary product. Best regards, Bill H. Post a Response |
