Sorry for the delay, I was in abeyance for a week.
I have found the following artist with name Nankyo,
出雲路南居　-　Izumoji Nankyo

Real name was 善興　Zenkō　
Painter from　Ugo Province (now Akita Prefecture)　Active around the Kaei era　（1848-53）
