Hi! I recently purchased this collection of jade amulets but I really don't know anything about them other than they were originally purchased about 20 years ago by the previous owner from a Chinese gentleman living in London. I would greatly appreciate if some knowledgeable member of this forum could tell me something more about them. In particular it would be great to know more about the ones that are two colors. They are all very heavy and as best as I can tell are genuine jade. One of them seems to have stone or dirt grouted into it, as though it was buried for some time. They contain images of dragons, phoenixes, dogs, and other animals. The attached images are of the fronts and backs of all of the amulets. Thank you so much! This site is such an awesome resource! I'm having so much fun reading old posts.
