You have a Banko pottery lotus dish with what I surmise are maple leaves "floating" on the interior, possibly dating to circa 1925. The area where Banko is produced used to be located in Ise Province, which has been combined into what today is Mie Prefecture, east of Osaka. Banko ware was and is famed for what sometimes are whimsical teapot designs, but more traditional wares in fancy designs as well. Here are pictures of a couple of items, first a teapot with molded frog decoration, which like your dish, I believe may date to around the Taisho period (1912-26), and a pink bowl in what I've seen called a "prunus (flowering plum) swirl", which I believe likely is Meiji period (1860-1912).
