You are right, the mark is stamped; from top right reading down reads in English/pinyin "Great Qing Qian Long reign made." Marks for this reign (1736-1695) is one of the most popular marks put on porcelains made in the late 19th and well into the 20th century, since that reign's Imperial product was known for very refined porcelain with exquisite decoration.
The type of decoration on your vase was put on very large numbers of vases, a popular export item ranging widely in quality of decoration. Some think that the sloppy stamped reign mark occurred as early as the early 3rd quarter of the 19th century.
Yours could have been made in the first half of the 20th century or a bit earlier. Some who like this type of ware might have a more specific opinion about dating. Be aware that some who collect particular types of things may have wishful thinking as part of their opinions.
Good luck,
Cal
