The faux Ming dynasty mark in archaic script reads "Made during the Yongle Reign (永樂年製 - Yong le nian zhi). The vase appears to be Chinese, likely no older than the late 20th century, in my opinion. Underglaze blue versions of the same mark were appearing on porcelains recently in the current century according to Tony Allen's latest book, "Allen's Antique Porcelain- The Detection of Fakes", published in 2015.
