Chinese 'Lingzhi' double gourd vase - Qianlong? Rebus translation?

Message
Greetings!

So, I picked up this beautiful vase this weekend at a local estate sale. Measures about 10" tall.

I'm mostly interested in knowing if anyone can tell me the meaning of the rebus created from the stylized Lingzhi mushrooms and the single flower located just above the foot of the vase.

I was thinking that the flower is a narcissus... the leaves looks like narcissus, but he flower is slender, not like narcissus.

So, if someone recognizes the rebus or at least knows what type of flower, that would be a huge help.

Also, any thoughts on whether or not this vase is Qianlong period?

the vase is marked with an iron red Qianlong seal mark. The mark is a bit messy, but I've seen plenty of confirmed Qianlong period marks that were a bit scribbled, but generally rendered in under glazed blue.

The decoration appears to be very unique, some sort of stylized lingzhi mushroom design, but the use of grisaille with iron red appears with some regularity in the Qianlong period.

Close inspection of the turquoise enamel shows crazing, but hard to photograph.

Acquired a few other pieces from this estate....all of which were said to have been collected more than 50+ years ago, but who really knows.

Anyway....a nice find even if not Qianlong period.

Thanks for the help.
