'Hollow Lined' under glaze blue mark - 19th c. copy?

I've been a long time believer in the 'hollow line' theory, that the appearance of hollow underglaze blue lines in the mark (or in the design in the case of b&W wares) dates the piece to the later 19th c. to early 20th c.

I'm certain there was a rather long post a few years back on the subject that was rather heated, but as I recall, no photos of an authenticated pre-late 19th c. porcelain demonstrating hollow lines were ever produced.

Recently, while doing some homework I came across a Qianlong bowl that sold for about $1 million USD in April of 2017.

Looking at the mark, it clearly shows the tell tale hollow lines of a later 19th c. piece.

I'm interested in comments as to whether this disproves the theory, or is there another explanation.
