This is an album of painted pictures (not woodcuts) by Chen Hengke (1876-1923), though the title uses his real name, Chen Shizeng, (陈师曾) followed by 画册, or "album of paintings". (The characters on your folder cover are written in full traditional style, those which appear differently here are in simplified format. Both return the same results online.) It's possible, even likely, that your prints reproduce individual leaves of an album of paintings by Chen and are meant to be viewed collectively (for example, see http://82nd-and-fifth.metmuseum.org/dream-logic)

Here is a webpage in Chinese that includes a bio and a number of Chen's landscapes. http://hc0766.blog.163.com/blog/static/1364412232011424742793/
