Message Hi Cheryl this would be a piece of Turkish metal work in the Seljuk / Ottoman tradition. Possibly early 20th century. The depiction would be Persian mythology, the heads are Ottomanm; look at those splendid moustaches! Who they are I would not know, these trays are normally used for serving tea, or are often set on three legged wooden frames. Rgds David Post a Response |
