Message Top to bottom, right to left, "Da Ming Xuan De Nian Zhi". Great Ming (dynasty) Xuande Reign made. Of course not. Xuande reign was 1426-1435 CE. Expresses factory owner's view that the piece had merit. Have been some comments this forum about esteem in China for bronzes this reign. Search for "Xuande". Good luck, Cal Post a Response |
