Message Thank you for the better quality pictures. With this more legible pictures I have to revise my previous opinion. According to the reading of the inscription on the neck, it could be Taiwanese. 己亥冬月寫長於秀朗山, Painted Patiently in the Spring of the Year of Earth-Pig (1959) at Xiulangshan (Mt. Xiulang) Xiulang 秀朗 is a place name in the outskirts of Taipei. The bottom mark is still illegibly blurred, but it is very similar of the markings used in Taiwan with Latin letters on the rim.
