Subject:Celadon Odd Shaped Footed Low Bowl
Posted By: Billy D Tue, Feb 21, 2017 IP: 2600:8805:fe01:0001:

When it comes to this monochrome porcelain, I am definitely out of my league. I have no idea what this is or where it was made. It seems to be hand thrown and is very shallow for a bowl and too deep to be a plate, maybe some sort of offering type item or maybe just a stand. As far as age...it seems to have some age when looking up close to glaze it has many fine signs of use, tiny scratches etc. Any help appreciated.
