Subject:Help with Identifying Bottle
Posted By: Tiffany Thu, Feb 16, 2017 IP: 104.251.247.215

Hi!

A long time ago I bought this little bottle at a local Goodwill store for 25 cents and never really thought anything of it. It's displayed on a book case along with a couple of other glass-type bottles. I'm pretty sure it's not worth anything and I'm also sure it's modern. I'd just like to know more about it.

In the pictures I posted, the bottle has an Asian theme that does NOT wrap around the entire bottle, and the bottom is plain white with two very small red characters. I drew them as best as I could and took a picture of my drawing. The characters themselves are VERY hard to get a clear picture of.

If anyone could tell me any little thing about my tiny bottle, I'd greatly appreciate it!

Thank you so much, everyone!

I love my little vase. So I can count the hills/mountains and possibly figure out who painted it? That's really cool!

Thanks again!

You copied the mark very well. It is Japanese, Kutani.
