In need help by identification of marks on this watercolor. I think it is not very old but lovely.

the seal on the right seems to consist of Chinese characters that sound like the western name Francis/Frances (~法兰兹丝), that on the left likely the same person's initials, FB. It's therefore likely that the picture is by a now anonymous artist and the seals belong to its owner. Yet because the brushwork is relatively weak from a Chinese point of view (emphasizing color rather than quality of line), it's also remotely possible that this is a work by a painter with expertise in western watercolors who decided to take up Chinese painting style. agree that it is attractive and painted within the past few decades. meant as a snowscape I believe.

Shitao is a painter who used this color scheme, eg: http://www.chinaonlinemuseum.com/painting-shi-tao-searching-for-immortals.php

The compositional type is older though, e.g. the "Fan Kuan" and Zhu Duan pictures shown here (top row, center and right side): http://www.edepot.com/taoism_landscape.html
