On the right side;
Crest of the Tokugawa clam, Mitsuba-aoi (three leaves of hollycock in a circle.

Tokugawa clan, is corret, it's a typo, Sorry

I was able to find out that it is the Tokugawa Family crest. I'm attaching more pictures. Any more information would be appreciated
