According to Chinese language articles on the net this coin was made by the Zhejiang Tiandihui (天地會) "Heaven and Earth Society" during the Qing Dynasty, probably between 1752-1825. This anti-establishment secet society was formed with the aim of eradicating the Manchu people and restoring the Ming Dynasty.
Front side,
洪武 Hongwu refers to the reign of the founding emperor of Ming, Zhu Yuanzhang
天下太平 - Peace reigns under heaven
Back side,
聖旨 - Imperial decree, refers to the order of monarch
午人存 - Wuren Cun, refers to the five monk founders from Shaolin Temple
日月明 - Rì Yuè Míng 日 - Sun is brother, 月 Moon is sister, 明 is justice (Expressions in common usage by the secret society)
