Subject:I would like some help to date and Help with signatures

Bought this somewhat intriguing frame. Even though the overall frame size is only 10 inches x 13 inches, it is very heavy. I have not opened the frame. I am guessing that what is behind the two ovals is a slab of stone and not art. The text will shed some light on this. looking that the frame and the back it looks like a few decades old. However since there is the matt cutting it may not be too old. Thanks in advance.

They are marble plates behind the ovals veined and pigmented by various iron oxides or sedimentary layers. They are called dream stones or travel stones found in Yunnan province. The words "dream" and "travel" are understood as terms for the soul's mystical journey.

Starting seal,
石來運轉　-　Stone turns the fortune
Inscription,
風林水流遠　-　The winds of forest and the waters travel far
(I can't decipher the next 4 characters combined by continuing stroke)
沖秋　-　Chongqiu - Paseudonym
Seal,
如意　-　According to your wishes

Addendum et corrigendum,
The illegible characters combined by a continuing stroke is the zodiac dating,
口口年　仲秋　-　In Mid-Autumn of the Year of 口口
(沖秋　Chongqiu is incorrect - 仲秋　Zhongqiu = mid-autumn is correct)
