Subject:how did he do it

Tanyuu always pushes himself to create the unexpected, like in the little ink treasure here. I reflected on the order he would choose to create white geese in ink only.
I hope somebody drops a comment, about how this was done, in which order things are painted, or rather not painted.

I suggest (in my opinion)

1. the reeds (These marks then 'own' the paper and remain dominant)

2 the birds feet

3. the background (creating the shape of the brirds.)

4. the beaks, eyes, and pinions.

Each layer given proper drying time to avoid over bleeding.

Steps 2 and 3 should be probably reversed.
