Subject:Help with identifying what may be an incense burner

The attached photos are of what i think is a bronze incense burner. It appears to be lined with clay and certainly smells like incense. I have had this quite a few years and have never been able to identify it.Any help would be appreciated. measures approx. 11cm high and 11cm long. weighs 705 grams (1lb 9oz) Nostrils are drilled (to let incense smoke out)
