Not jade. It's a tourist type item. Minimum value.

A piece that was made to look like chicken bone white with either chemical or burning to imitate an archaic piece. However, Liangzhu congs may be the few authentic jade pieces that with chicken bone white colors because some of them were indeed burned during some religious ceremonies but the chance of finding a genuine Liangzhu pieces is almost nil. There were supposed to be a few authentic Hongshan chicken bone pieces (ususally large sized ones) but I had yet seen one that is credible. In short, any time you see any chicken bone white jade pieces, that is almost like seeing a big Red flag and do not touch it unless it is cheap enough to be a study piece. I learned my lesson when I first started collecting Hongshan pieces, bought a chicken bone white pig dragon that looks so authentic and archaic, only after rubbing it with Vaseline, it coloring turned back into cheap green serpentine material. That lesson costs me about $450. Lesson learned. The chance of finding any authentic Neolithic pieces or archaic pieces today, is almost nil. Around 2006, a collector was selling a large Neolithic jade collection originated from Vietnam, based on the luster and material of the jade (bracelets, etc.) I believe they are authentic. Anita Mui who used to post here, posted pictures of some of the collections in this forum and I believe she had bought some pieces. They are truly beautiful and breath taking. If one looks at the material, workmanship of those piece one can tell right away they were something that are worth collecting. I regret I did not not try to grab a few pieces at the time because I believe that collector wanted to sell his collection as a whole, with a price of 6 figures. I believe now this collection would be doubled or tripled in value.
The story is, it does take tons of not only money, but time and study, in obtaining any worthwhile jade pieces. Therefore before buying any more jade pieces, especially those costly ones, I believe jade lovers should try to buy more jade books, especially those out-of=print ones that were written or edited by renown jade experts and go to renown museums that with large jade exhibits so one can learn more about jade.
Good luck. Bill (Super)
