Subject:help with identifying the painting

Hello, can somebody please help me with identyfying how old this painting is? And also who painted it? Any information would be useful, thank you.

Chen Shaoping 陳少平　1921-2009
Native of Lujiang, Anhui.
Painted mostly "water" related watercolor paintings.
Was a member of the Chinese Artists Association and the Hubei Academy of Painting and Calligraphy.
