桐圃 - Tongpu - Courtesy name
Seal,
桐圃画印 - Picture seal of Tongpu

The above courtesy name belonged to the famous Tianjinese peony painter Li Fulin. Was dubbed Li Peony.

Li Fulin 李紱麟 Year of birth and death uknown
Was active between cca. 1820-1850. Specialized in peony painting.
