I'm not a collector of these items, so will leave the guesstimate of age to others who may be. However, the decoration of 'Two fish' and characters 雙魚 (shuang yu), also 'Two fish', are quite auspicious. As Bonham's puts it, 'Fish (魚 yu) are a symbol of abundance and prosperity ... and double fish (雙魚 shuangyu) have further significance: they represent not only increased abundance, but also the desire ...[for]... conjugal bliss and good luck in the phrase 雙魚吉慶 (shuangyu jiqing), and lastly they are reminiscent of the 'double-fish' Buddhist Symbol.'
(NOTE: The simplified version of 'Shuang' is '双'. Your token token appears to have a variation of the character using the simplified form as the base of 'Shuang' in this instance.)
Best regards,
Bill H.
