Subject:Chinese scroll weight

Bronze/ with lots of Copper inlay silver, I would like to know how old this can be, its very heavy, looks like Tang Dynasty, its 4 1/2" long. Can someone give me a link where I can read more info about this? Thank you!

IMHO, this is not early than Qing dynasty. There is something about it that just does not look right. You can research weights on a number of sites. Christies, Liveauctioneers, etc. These are produced to this day and made to deceive so you would be smart to have someone at one of the better auction houses look at photos and give you their opinion.
