墨林秘玩 - Secret plaything of Molin (Inkforest)

Molin 墨林 was one of the pseudonyms of Xiang Yuanbian

Xiang Yuanbian 項元汴 (1525-1890)
He was the greatest art collector of late Ming dynasty, but also painted, mostly landscapes and minor items, like fans etc.

Once again - thank you so much for your reply and help.
I'm also not sure about the genuineness, but it is
definitely painted and not a print.
Maybe I should bring it to an expert (like you), who'll visit it in real.
