I am hoping someone might kindly assist in translating the following text and artist signature and mark on this beautiful silk painting I recently purchased. I love this painting and would like to know the artist's name. Thank you in advance. ~Dave

I can't find artist with this name.

Thank you very much for your translation. That is excellent. I will do some searching and see if I can learn something about the artist. Do you have any opinion on the age? I am thinking mid twentieth century? Thanks again.
