Please, help me to establish a date for this bronze vessel and identify the inscription.

It's a bronze mirror signed Fujiwara Mitsunaga (藤原光長) - Meiji period, early 20th century.

Very, very interesting! The mirror from first pictures is the bottom of this vessel (see new picture). Thanks a lot for all information!

A bronze champleve vessel indeed. Must date it somewhat earlier, 1870s-1880s.
