Subject:Help with signature and seal

Help please it identify signature and seal. Dare i suggest the first part of the kanji reads "Sho"?

Signature and seal reading in my interpretation:
Signature,
松園　-　Shōen
Seal,
松薗氏印　-　Seal of Shōen

Uemura Shōen 上村松園　can be ruled out -different signature and seal.
We still have two more painters with the same name from the end of Edo and beginning of Meiji era whose signatures and seals are unidentifiable.
1, Koura Shōen 小浦松園　-　Notō born painter who was active in Kyōto
2, 　Narita Shōen 成田松園
