Is it turquoise stone? What is your opinion about quality/age of this sculpture? Thank you

I'm not qualified to comment on your other sculptures, but this looks as if it could be lapis lazuli. You should get them checked by a jeweller or gem expert, not from hard to distinguish photographs.

Hello,
seems to be lapis. ( check and compare density )
Nice and detailed layout, fine smoothing; good proportions.
Age is hard to tell with no magnified, detailed fotos of the carving traces.
Greetings Edmund.

To be absolutely sure about the material , look for part-lines. ( in case of moldet glass - but i dont think so )
Put a lighter to a part of the figur, ( if you dare to )
Lapis will be unharmed, an artificial stone will melt / stink like some plastic.
Greetings Edmund

Impossible to determine by your pictures if your lapis carving is genuine or treated/other.
Judging by your images I believe your carving is from the 20th century.
