Subject:Artist Identification

I want to thank the community. I spent a few hours reverse imaging the signature and had no luck. Any help would be appreciated. Please help me identify the artist that painted these two beautiful works of art.

壬戊年夏月記　-　Painted in the Year of Water-Dog (1922 or 1982)
Seal,
Too crammed to read, but maybe a better photo only from the seal could hep.

My reading of the rather individualistic signature,
呆之萍　- (Simple duckweed) - Pseudonym

Pseudonyms in case of less known artists are not enough for identification.

Thank you! here are more images of the old man on bridge byobu. Thank you for looking at it again. I wanted to clarify what it it says and the artist name if possible. I want to look into their history. I believe it was created back in Hawaii!
