Subject:Blue and white platter

Hi, I wondered if you could pass on any information as to what this is and when it is from please? It was passed down from a grandparent with no details. I assume it is mass produced 20th century but wanted to be sure.

This appears to be a circa late Republic-early People's Republic product with faux decorative mark of 'Made during the Qianlong reign' applied by stamp or decal. The remainder of the decoration also looks to involve transfer decoration. The gotheborg.com archive also shows a similar mark.
