I'm pretty sure this is what's known as apple jade , 1920s/30s?

The top quality has a solid green color.
Otherwise. yes that is apple green.

Thanks Ernest, I think it's is my all time favourite never mind it's not top quality. I also have this ring which I've always assumed was modern and therefore not jade , plus the colour is unlike any jade I've seen. Anyway I'll be able to test for specific gravity once I have some decent scales.
