Subject:'Jade' necklace
Posted By: Sally Fri, Oct 02, 2020 IP: 90.254.45.60 While I'm on the subject. Any thoughts as to whether this could be Jade? Or something else? Bowenite again? |

Posted By: Sally Mon, Oct 05, 2020 Thanks Ernest. I'd say the colour is about right , perhaps a little greyer in tone. I think I understand how to carry out the test on solid objects with very basic equipment i.e. spring balance scales and a container of water but presume that wouldn't work with composite pieces including other elements , like the necklace. |
