大清雍正統政元年夏月 - In the Summer Month of the 1st Year of Great Qing Yonzheng Governance
珍寶欽賜内務府員外郎唐英獻製 - This rare treasure from the Emperor was bestowed on the Outer Gentleman (Court title) of the Imperial Household Department, and Tang Ying was ordered to supervise the production.
