Title on the spine,
芥子園画傳 - Manual of Mustard Seed garden
Book 5 page 30 and 38 (double-wide papers)
The book is a work on drawing in four parts and five books originally published in 1679 in five colors in
China.
The work from the 18th c. has been recut from time to time and published in both China and Japan.
It is not possible to say with confidence whether it is Japanese or Chinese print. It doesn't mark out from the seals either.
You will find more about the book on the net.

With regards,
I.Nagy
