In my opinion, this is a circa 3rd quarter, 20th century product with a faux mark in standard characters, which reads down and across from the top right as 'Made during the Kangxi Reign of the Great Qing Dynasty" (Da qing kang xi nian zhi).
The decorative aspects also make an unsuccessful stab at presenting a Kangxi era (1662-1722) famille verte rendition of the Chinese iconic '100 birds adoring the phoenix' motif, but from the palette on down, the vase doesn't quite capture the traditional style. However, the vase could be a decorator's or lampmaker's dream in the right setting.
For comparison, here's a 17-inch tall famille rose vase from the mid-to-late 19th century in the same pattern but traditional Qing style.
Best regards,
Bill H.
