Subject:Chinese landscape painting on silk, year and inscriptions?

Dear community of art lovers. I have a Chinese silk painting depicting river and mountain. I have been trying to translate the inscriptions with no luck. If someone could say approximately what time period the painting was made and what the inscriptions say I would be very grateful. I also have a question about the seals, i have learned that the oval ones are the artist signature seals but what about the square one? Does any body knows it’s “function”? If someone recognizes the artist seal please let me know.

Thank you so much for your reply I.Nagy! The meaning of the inscriptions where very surprising to me! Now I have new information to continue my search to establish when and where it was made! Thanks again! Regards Joakim
