The more experienced Japanese collectors may be able to help you with value, but meanwhile the mark reds down and across from the right as 'Nichi Hiyama Fukagawa'. Gotheborg.com explains this one as a pre 1884 mark of 'Made by Fukagawa at Arita in Hizen'. The 1882 James Lord Bowes book 'Japanese Marks and Seals' transliterates the mark as 'Nichi Hizan Fukagawa Seisu', which may or may not still be valid.

Best regards,

Bill H.

The mark reads: Ni 日 Hi 肥 Yama 山 - Fukagawa 深川 Sei 製 (made by Fukagawa).
Ni 日 stands for Nihon 日本 = Japan.
Hi 肥 stands for Hizen 肥前 = Hizen province where this piece was made,
Yama 山 stands for the Sarayama 皿山 kiln, a well known Hizen Arita pottery kiln.
This kind of Fukagawa marks were used in the first half of the Meiji Period (1868-1912).
I have no idea of value.
Regards,
Martin.
