Subject:Small carving
Posted By: Tony Fri, Aug 28, 2020 IP: 98.152.172.26

Dear friends,
It is my buddy (4" x 3"), and I am getting to know him/her.
I would really appreciate your time and input on what kind of creature/culture and the material it is made of.
Thank you very much!
Best,
Tony

Hi Toby,
Your little friend there is a chinese Foo dog.
Nicely carved from agate I believe and would date from the 2nd half of the 20th century.
