Can anyone please help me to identify the artist of this painting. Any help greatly appreciated.

Kano Motonobu 1476-1559 was called the Ko-Hōgen (The Old-Hōgen - a Buddhist title -)
I can't find painter named Fujigata Norikatsu neither in my name dictionaries nor on the net.
