Subject:PLEASE HELP! Identify 1980s Fengshui painting

Hello! I would like to request some help in identifying the artist of this painting. It was bought in Singapore in the 1980s.

It is a feng shui painting of a 9-Koi fish pond; still in its original black wood frame from when it was bought. The painting has a glaze over it, so please pardon the glare in the photos; i did my best to block them out.

Dimensions with the black frame (excluding the hinges at the top):
158cm x 90cm x thickness 3cm

Could you help me interpret the name of the artist and if possible, his (or her) identity too?

Painted by Xileng Pan Jingyou in Hangzhou
Upper seal,
景友　-　Jiangyou
Lower seal,
景友之印　-　Seal of Jiangyou

Pan Jiangyou 潘景友　1935-2003
(西冷　Xileng in front of his surname denotes Xileng Seal Society - he was an early member of it)
National artist. Native of Wuyi, Zhejiang.
Studied at the Shanghai Academy of Fine Arts.
Was taught by Pan Tianshou,He Tianjian etc.
Served as vice president of Zhejiang Chinese Landscape Painting Research Association etc.
Was good at flowers and landscapes.
