Subject:Zen Calligraphy: Meaning? Artist?
Posted By: Gakusei Wed, Jun 17, 2020 IP: 91.96.164.44

I found this calligraphy recently in my collection. Unfortunately I have lost the documents with the description and other informations.
I would appreciate very much any information on the meaning of the text/kanji and the artist. Seals?

Inscription,
真実一路 - Shinjitsu ichiro - Path of sincerity (To proceed with a true heart without falsehood)
Signature,
出居菊入 - De'i Kikunyu (I am not sure about the Kiku 菊 character)
Seal,
出居之印 - Seal of De'i
Starting seal,
挙誠 - Kyōsei or Kyoshige, Takanobu

I couldn' find calligrapher with the above name(s).

With regards,
I.Nagy

Here is the answer from another source:
The words on the square drawing paper
真実一路
The meaning is that the truth is one road.
