Can someone tell me what type of stamp this is and what the text is?

This is not the stamp itself because the characters represented on it are in their positive forms. In my opinion this muster block was used to cast the negative (real) stamps.
The reading,
緑色
經清
In proper reading order 色清緑經 - Clear Green Classics - Could be name of a Taoist work.

With regards,

Thank you for your reply.
Is this extra rare then? Or is this a fairly common piece?
